Oxfordshire County Council has announced a replacement for the current scratch-card visitor parking permit system. The new system is an online one and details can be found here. While the Council claims this will "better serve residents," this change has caused concern to some, especially those who are elderly or who lack online access. If you have any concerns, a petition has been started to ask the Council to reconsider which you can access here.

The Clarendon Consort will be performing their annual local street carols, starting at 6pm on Wednesday 18th December
They would love to see you there, although for those who can’t come, they've put together a gravelly recording for your entertainment.
This year there will be two slots:
The collection will once again be for HomeStart Oxford, who do invaluable work supporting struggling families with children under five years old.

For those of you on Southmoor Road, a reminder that there will be carol singing on Tuesday 17th December from 6pm. They will start at the northern end of the road.
The WMRA committee would like to wish everyone 'Happy Holidays!'. It was great to see so many of you at our 'Meet the Neighbours' event this week. We hope to have further similar get-togethers in the New Year.
